Modification Concept of the Company's Information System

This thesis is concerned with cost optimization, choosing the right technology to facilitate the work of management and employees in the company and also improve their financial aspects. From a theoretical point of view describes the work area with a focus on Office 2010 and Office 365 and implementing a related technology. It also states the benefits of choosing one of these office packages. The own solution then presents the information systém tools - office suite and the advantages and disadvantages of each implemented solution.

Establishing, maintaining and developing the quality management system CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in education

The presented work deals with the quality of education and elaborates upon the implementation of system of quality management ISO 9001 as one of the ways of possible improvement of a process and outcomes of education. Introduction included in the theoretical part is focused on explanation of the concepts of education quality, quality management, quality of a school, quality standards, quality control and quality management models. The subsequent part of the work contains implementation of a quality management system. The following chapter deals with process management as a means of maintaining quality management system. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes cloud computing as the latest and most progressive path of development of quality management. The object of the research is to develop a model of implementation of the quality management system. Actual implementation model build on a previous qualitative research conducted in several schools, performed in a form of a case study. In the appendix part, a number of actual documents are attached in order to better convey the implementation process. The diploma thesis deals with the introduction of a methodology for implementa-tion of teleworking, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. The di-ploma thesis explains concepts related to the areas of telework as one of the flex-ible forms of work. It describes the steps of the implementation process of tele-working. The diploma thesis deals with the choice of tools for teleworking and with legislation of teleworking. It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking, as well as the financial quantification of the budget related to the implementation of teleworking. Moreover, the diploma thesis sets indicators for measuring the benefits of teleworking.

TITLE: Use of Software Tools for Teamwork at School AUTHOR: Jiří Slabý DEPARTMENT: Department of Information Technology and Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Petra Vaňková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The work is focused on software tools for teamwork including comparison and deployment in a pilot solution in a particular high school. By conducting searches in literature and Internet resources related to the given topic, basic concepts related to teamwork are described and activities that take place within the scope of teamwork are outlined. Software tools for teamwork are analyzed, suitable selection criteria and their weights are set, and a comparison of selected software tools is performed using multiple-criteria analysis. The aim is to choose a suitable tool for teamwork and to propose its use in a particular school. Based on the results of the comparison, the Microsoft Teams team collaboration tool is selected and deployed because it matches the needs of a particular school in the best way. The benefit of this work is an overview and comparison of tools that enable teamwork and communication; the proposed scenarios and practical use of software team tools at school are beneficial, too. Using ICT for Support Business Processes

The aim of this work is to identify those principles and ICT solutions that are necessary for the effective implementation of business processes in the SME sector. In the introductory part of the thesis describes the key aspects that the company must implement in order to successfully implement process management in the organization. Based on the techno aspects - performance indicators are identified and described the work of the various ICT solutions and principles. The focus of work is placed on the description of workflow and groupware solutions. Part of the work is a case study that demonstrates the identification of needs for ICT SME companies and constitutes a specific ICT solutions for economically sustainable model for process-oriented approach in the company. The conclusion summarizes the findings for each deployment process approach supported by information technology.
Cloud services utilization at Czech universities

The aim of this diploma thesis called "Cloud services utilization at Czech universities" is to compare services of Office 365 and G Suite and to evaluate their use at public universities in the Czech Republic which is examined on the basis of qualitative research. The thesis contains six parts. The first chapter characterizes the concept of cloud, its advantages, disadvantages and its models: delivery models and deployment models. The second and third parts describe the history and pricing plans of Office 365 and G Suite. Selected services for education plans are described and then compared from the schools' point of view within the fourth chapter. The fifth part focuses on the experience of cloud services (Microsoft or Google) at selected universities in the Czech Republic with the aim of identifying impulses, barriers, experiences, ideas and recommendations which could serve other colleges and which are summarized in the final part.

Cloud computing in the sector of small and medium sized enterprises

My master thesis has the main objective to implement into the sector of small and medium sized enterprises a cloud computing solution as required the customer company. Subsidiary targets of my literary part are a definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, explanation of terms corresponding to cloud computing, explaining the very concept of cloud computing and its distribution models, analysis of cloud services and what is involved in the transition to a cloud environment for companies, including migration contract. The first part summarizes information on cloud computing. The second part provides specific implementation of a cloud computing solutions into corporate environments based on empirical research and requirements of the company.
